This month's meeting will be held in the Gather space in the Village Pointe building at 625 Parsons Avenue.
Our guest speaker will be Dr. Colleen Boyle, supervisor for the Gifted & Talented division with Columbus City Schools. Columbus’ new gifted academy for students in grades 3-8 will be opening
this fall in the Beck school
building. Dr. Boyle will be available to learn
more about our Schumacher Place Civic Association, to answer questions or concerns our residents may have, and to discuss ways to form a partnership.
We have will have more space than usual so please come and bring friends and neighbors interested in this topic.

SPCA Whittier Street Planter Boxes
Stop by and check out the NEW Placques on our SPCA Whittier Street Planter Boxes - they really look nice! (Thank you James Waterfield for working with a placque Company to create the placques and Marco Stack for assisting with installation)
The SPCA Garden Committee recently planted Summer Flowers (Donated by Children's Hospital) - THANK YOU to everyone that helped out with the planting and especially Shane and James for organizing

SPCA Neighborhood Meeting - May 19, 2015

Zone Variance Request: 496 E Beck Street
The property owners at 601 South Ninth Street have filed a new zoning variance request. This request can be seen here:
